The lucky one is no longer in the house. The all-time Power of Veto winner is now just a jury member. Janelle is gone, knocked out by Boogie. Big Brother: All Stars just got a lot less interesting for me. Now, probably the two least interesting people, Boogie & Erika are left to duke it out for $500,000.

Right now on the feeds, Erika and Boogie are sunning themselves and talking a lot about the game and what they’ll do afterwards. How Janelle probably wouldn’t have figured out that she was being played by herself without Erika opening her eyes.

So now, who am I supporting at this point of the game? Take a guess, hilight the following area to see who: >>Erika<<. Did you get it right? I’ll explain why in a future post.

Classic Song Flashback: The Lucky One – Alison Kraus & Union Station

Jani lost her patience with Dr. Will. He’s gone! No more playing Janelle and leading Boogie around by the neck. I liked Will but he was too much of a threat. Janelle had to get rid of him. I was sleeping last night (Monday) and I heard Janelle and Erika talking. I got the late night/early morning scoop about them teaming up.

So what have the feeds got me? I learned tonight Erika got her period. The houseguests think Julie is a Chenbot. I saw Erika plead her case dreadfully the first time to Janelle. I got to hear Boogie fart in the middle of the night. See Erika pop her zits. Boogie talk to Big Brother begging for beer, wine, sushi and anything else he wanted.

I’m watching the feeds right now. Initially, it was boring, Janie, Erika and Boogie staring off into the distance. No one was talking, BORING!

Give the HG’s some food and they’re talking. Boogie’s watching the dishes. Good little HG’s

Okay, okay, I broke down and got the 24/7 feeds. I’m gonna cancel after Big Brother is over. Right now, I’m watching Erika listen to Boogie, Will and Janelle talk about the POV.

Well, Janelle and Erika are up on the block but Boogie’s gonna have to put Will up on the block because Janelle won POV for the umpteenth time. Well, now I know firsthand what the flames look like because Big Brother just them up. They were talking about the POV. Not only do you get flames but you also get the theme music as well. I wonder what goes on while they show flames?

Interesting! Some people are talking about them possibly having to redo the POV?! Well, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen but you never know with this game!

Classic Song Flashback: Janie’s Got A Gun – Aerosmith

to really mess up your day. I was just minding my business working on my desktop when I heard the worst sound. I knew instantly my c: drive was having a hard drive attack. It doesn’t appear that there’s any salvaging of any data or anything. That’s the bad news, the good news is all of the data I really need is on other drives or have been backed up.

So what am I doing on Labor Day Friday? Blogging and getting my computer back to where it’s was just a mere six hours ago. It’s frustrating but it could have been much worse. Would you like a glass half full with water? So now, it’s going to be sitting and waiting and watching my computer slowly rebuild itself. I need to put a disk image on one of my other drives so I don’t have to go through this the next time. Hey Best Buy, let me know when a big honking external disk drive goes on sale, will ya?

Oh, by the way, I’ve never been one to criticize Microsoft (everyone else does it very well) but when I’m upgrading to Media Center 2005, it asks for Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD, that’s all well and good but they really mean the Windows XP Media Center Upgrade disk. That’s not enough to make even techno-geeks insane!

So “Setup” promises it’ll be done upgrading me to MCE 2005 in just 37 minutes so for now, I guess I’ll spend some time on the ‘net looking at the Big Brother posts and reading the news.

Oh, by the way, Microsoft has released Media Player 11. I haven’t got a lot of time to use it but it’s like Microsoft is throwing people bones because Vista is late in shipping.

While I’m streaming top of mind, I’m getting a headache from the stress of knowing I have to rebuild this computer and all of the time I’m wasting sitting here at 11:00pm on a Friday night. Some people would call it fun… I don’t think I’d go that far!

Classic Song Flashback: Minute By Minute – The Doobie Brothers

Tonight, Dani & George are gone. Four houseguests remain… Janelle, Will, Boogie and Erika. Janelle finds herself in a curious situation. She’s HOH and unless the rules change for the final four, she won’t be able to compete for HOH again.

If Will wins, he’ll probably put up Erika and Janelle and let them fight it out. He won’t put up Boogie.

If Boogie wins, he’ll put up Erika & Janelle and let them fight it out. He won’t put up Will.

If Erika wins, she’ll put up Will and Janelle. She’ll try to protect Boogie.

If Janelle is eligible, she’ll put up Erika and Boogie but keep Will.

For the most part the final four is the RIGHT final four. I don’t know if Erika really deserves to be there or not, but she is.

I would like to have seen James, Kaysar or Howie in that position.

There were really no surprises tonight other than Erika winning the POV and taking herself off the block. Either way, she was probably safe anyhow.

Stay tuned, the show only can get better. That is, unless Erika, Will & Boogie make it to the final 3. Go Janie!!
